How to

Articles and information on the HOME page are displayed in date order, the most recent first. As you scroll further down, you can request older posts to be shown. Any titles or headings can be clicked on to send you to the article or page.

This “blog” offers several advantages for the reader over a traditional artist website archive of works, as you can search in the titles of subject folders to the right of the screen to find articles which you might like. This is intended to support an artist’s body of work – to show some of the influences; what happens other than making work.

You can also search the tag words below the subjects if your eyes alight on something serendipitous.

The most useful aspect is that, accepting that the artist wishes to retain a similar quality to the posts and doesn’t have the time to post more than once a week, you can use your email address to sign up to a free and unobtrusive posting of new articles to your email inbox as they are published. You can easily stop these – permanently – at any time from the email sent to you, but it is in the artist’s interests to have your support. For non-broadband users… messages are very small in size. There is no risk of computer viruses being transferred – it is just like receiving a message from a friend who knows your email address.

Please do forward articles to other people who you think might appreciate particular topics. If you click on the titles to get the full article, there is a button to “share” at the bottom left of the piece. This give access to a little picture of an envelope which allows you to forward it via your computer email.

People are equally  supportive in passing on the merest of  information to those who they think may be receptive, as they are purchasing work.
